m. (lat. gestus) 1. жест, движение, ръкомахане, знак с ръка; s'exprimer par geste1s изразявам се чрез жестове; ne pas faire un geste1 не правя никакво движение, не помръдвам; un geste1 obscène неприличен жест; 2. прен. жест, постъпка; faire un bon geste1 правя добър жест, добра постъпка (за някого). Ќ avoir le geste1 large щедър съм, давам щедро.
